What is the maximum guest capacity?
The Hidden Willow accommodates up to 650 guests. We provide seating for up to 300 guests. If your event requires additional seating, we’re happy to assist in arranging rentals to meet your needs.
How many tables and chairs are included?
We offer seating for 300 guests. Our inventory includes 36 round tables and 6 rectangular tables, which can be arranged according to your preferred layout.
Is a day-of coordinator provided?
The Hidden Willow does not include a day-of coordinator. We recommend hiring a professional coordinator to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Can we take engagement or bridal portraits on-site before the event?
Absolutely! We offer one complimentary 2-hour photo session on the property for engagement or bridal portraits, based on availability. Scheduling in advance is required.
Do you offer additional décor options?
Yes, we offer a variety of décor add-ons to enhance your event. Options include table décor, floral installations, arches, a hedge wall, and more. These can be added to your package for an additional fee.
How does the rehearsal work?
A one-hour rehearsal is included and may be scheduled 24 to 48 hours before your event, based on availability. If additional time is needed, it can be added at a rate of $175 per hour, subject to venue availability.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a $500 security deposit is due at the time of contract signing. To officially reserve your wedding date, we require the signed contract, the security deposit, and 25% of the total event cost.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due in full two months prior to your event. We accept payment via cash, check, PayPal, Square, Venmo, and credit card. Please note, debit and credit card payments include a 2.9% processing fee.
